Information Regarding Online Registration:  After logging into your ACEC account and selecting to register for the Fall Conference, you will be prompted to verify your information.  At this time you will also be asked to select your "Registration Type" from a drop down menu.  Please select the title that BEST describes your registration.

 

Daily Registration:  In order to select Daily Registration Fees, you must select your "Registration Type" as either "Daily Registrant (ACEC Member)" or "Daily Registrant (Non-member)".  The daily registration fees will not appear unless one of the two registration types above is selected.

 

Forum Registration:  If you are planning on registering for the Legal Counsel Forum Only, select "Legal Counsel Forum Only" as your registration type.  If you are attending the Sales and Marketing Forum only, the Education Forum only or the HR Forum only, select "Forum Only" as your registration type and then choose the fee attached to the forum of choice.  If you would like to attend a forum as well as the full conference, select your registration type as either "Member" or "Non-member" and select the Full Conference Fee.  You will be prompted to RSVP for a Forum near the end of the online registration process.

 

Spouse/Guest Registration:  Once you reach the ADA Requirements page during the registration process, a selection button will appear at the bottom of the page to add your Spouse/Guest.  Select the button and fill out the appropriate information.  Please be sure to include your guest's email address and not your own.

 

Purchasing Multiple Tickets:  In order to purchase multiple tickets for an event, select the event on the Sessions Page, this will automatically select one ticket purchase for specific event.  Once you get to the check out cart at the end of registration, you will be able to change the quantity of tickets to be purchased for events that allow multiple tickets.  Individuals wanting to purchase additional tickets must be registered for full registration or for that day's daily registration in order to purchase the tickets.

Full Conference Registration Fee (Member and Non-Member)

Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions.  The Full Conference fee includes: Wednesday's  and Friday's receptions, three breakfasts, two luncheons, refreshment breaks, exhibit hall activities, exclusive online access to session handouts, forums, educational sessions and the conference gift.  A separate ticket purchase is needed for tours.  Individuals wanting to purchase additional tickets must be registered for full registration or for that day's daily registration in order to purchase the tickets.

Additional Member, Same Firm Office Registration Fee

In order to register for this discounted fee, a member from the same firm office must be previously registered.  To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Jessica Torrero at 202-682-4316 or jtorrero@acec.org.  After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration.   Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions.  The Additional Member, Same Firm Office fee includes: Wednesday's  and Friday's receptions, three breakfasts, two luncheons, refreshment breaks, exhibit hall activities, exclusive online access to session handouts, forums, educational sessions and the conference gift.  A separate ticket purchase is needed for tours. 

Spouse/Guest Registration Fee

Spouses and guests must register in order to participate in any activity, including conference tours.  Spouse/guest fee includes: Wednesday welcome reception, Thursday spouse/guest only breakfast with speaker, Friday spouse/guest only breakfast  at the Society Cafe, Friday Awards Luncheon, Friday closing reception and the ACEC/PAC sweepstakes breakfast.  If spouses or guests wish to attend educational sessions, they must register as an attendee.  Additional fees apply for tours, Local Color Night and ACEC/PAC events.

 

Tickets purchased for all special events are included with your badge in your on-site materials.  Tickets will be collected at all functions.  Lost or misplaced tickets will not be replaced without full charge.

Conference Compendium

The full Compendium of materials for this year's Fall Conference will be emailed to all attendees prior to the conference and will be available online to attendees following the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Full registration less a $150 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Friday, September 9, 2011.  No refunds will be granted after this date.  Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same firm.

Room Rate

ACEC's room rate is $239, single/double occupancy, plus tax in the Forum Tower or $269, single/double occupancy, plus tax in the Palace Tower*. 

 

Room reservations must be received by September 9, 2011.  Reservations received after this date, or after the group block sells out prior to this date, will be on a space and rate available basis.  A deposit of one night's stay plus tax is due at the time the reservation is made. 

 

*Palace Tower is more convenient to ACEC Conference Meeting Space.

Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners Club.  Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest 21 years of age or older

 

Staying at Caesars Palace will allow ACEC to keep your registration fees at the current rates. If ACEC does not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, the price of services will increase registration fees for future programs. Without your support, ACEC faces huge financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms.

Room Amenities:

Air conditioning, alarm clock, remote-controlled cable TV, desk, electronic door locks, hair dryer, in-room dataport, high-speed internet access (cost), in-room safe, iron and ironing board, pay-per-view movies, radio, refrigerator, telephone, voice mail.

Registration for the conference is required BEFORE making your hotel reservation.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation:
