Information Regarding Online Registration: After logging into your ACEC account and selecting to register for the Fall Conference, you will be prompted to verify your information. At this time you will also be asked to select your "Registration Type" from a drop down menu. Please select the title that BEST describes your registration.
Full Conference Registration Fee: The Full Conference fee includes: two receptions, three breakfasts, two luncheons, networking breaks, concurrent sessions, roundtables, forums, exclusive online access to session handouts, and convention gift. A separate ticket purchase is needed for special activities and tours.
First Time Attendee: A special discount exists for members who are attending their first Fall Conference - $950 if registered before September 14, 2017. To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Grace Hui at 202-682-4353 or firstname.lastname@example.org. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration.
Emerging Leaders Forum: A special discount of $899 exists for members qualify. To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Katie Goodman at 202-682-4332 or email@example.com. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration.
Additional Member, Same Firm Registration Fee: In order to register for this discounted fee, a member from the same firm must be previously registered. To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Grace Hui at 202-682-4353 or firstname.lastname@example.org. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration.
Daily Registration: In order to select Daily Registration Fees, you must select your Registration Type as "Daily Registrant”. Daily registration fees include meal functions for that day and access to online compendium of materials. Individuals wanting to purchase additional tickets must be registered for full registration or for that day's daily registration in order to purchase the tickets. Forums are not included in Daily registrations.
Forum Registration: If you are planning on registering for the Legal Counsel Forum Only, select "Legal Counsel Forum Only" as your registration type. If you are attending the Sales and Marketing Forum only, select "Forum Only" as your registration type and then choose the fee attached to the Sales and Marketing Forum. If you would like to attend a forum as well as the full conference, select your registration type as “Full Registrant" and select the Full Conference Fee. You will be prompted to RSVP for a Forum near the end of the online registration process
Spouse/Guest Registration: The spouse/guest registration will follow optional event selection. Fill out the appropriate information. Please be sure to include your guest's email address and not your own. Spouses and guests must register in order to participate in any activity. Spouse/guest fee includes the Welcome Reception, Coalition Meet and Greet Reception and Tuesday Reception. If spouses or guests wish to attend concurrent sessions, they must register as an attendee. Additional fees apply for special activities and tours.
Spouse/guest registration must be accompanied by a Full Conference registration.
Purchasing Multiple Tickets: Multiple tickets can be purchased on the Session page following the registration fees or individuals can update the quantity of tickets in their shopping cart before checking out. Tickets purchased for all special events will be included with your badge in your on-site materials. Tickets will be collected at all functions. Lost or misplaced tickets will not be replaced without full charge.
Conference Compendium: The full Compendium of materials for this year's Fall Conference will be emailed to all attendees prior to the conference and will be available online to attendees following the conference and will be available on the conference app.
Cancellation Policy: Full registration less a $150 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Thursday, September 14, 2017. No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same firm.
ACEC Daily/Forum/Spouse Cancellation Policy: Daily/Forum/Spouse registration fees less a $75 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Thursday, September 14, 2017. No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same member firm. Written notification must be sent to Grace Hui at email@example.com.
